He has been spending sleepless nights ever since the release of 36 China Town.

Upen Patel who plays the role of a stylish Casanova, Rocky, gives his number to every beautiful girl he comes across. And the number he spelt out 9820420420 to the eve populace in real life belongs to Dr. Neeraj Dubey.

Dr Neeraj Dubey who stays in Mumbai complains, "I am facing this problem ever since the release of 36 China Town. People randomly call on my number and ask for Upen. Around thousand calls every day makes me tired of saying that this not Upen's number. I am tired of attending these calls now.”

So frustrated is Dr Neeraj Dubey that he has served a legal notice to showman Subhash Ghai and is waiting for his reply. "I haven't tried to speak to him but if he comes then I'll talk to him otherwise I have served a notice to him.”

However showman Subhash Ghai shrugs off his responsibility by saying that he has nothing do with Dubey's problem. "We put a disclaimer before the beginning of the movie that explains that the story is based on fiction and if there is any similarity between any living or non living person then it is just a co-incident.”

Interestingly this is not the first time that a cell number spelt onscreen has created problems for the common man. Earlier this year, a very similar incident happened with the movie Taxi No 9211 and also Salman Khan starrer Saawan - The Love Season. Unfortunately Bollywood has not learnt a lesson as yet.
