Of late, film producers have been eyeing Valentine's Day week for the release of their films. The reason, they feel, is to attract the youth that loves to go on a date during this weekend. Suneel Darshan has decided to place his film SHAKALAKA BOOM BOOM during the Valentine's Day weekend, which means that the film will be releasing on 9th/16th February, 2007.

"SHAKALAKA BOOM BOOM is a young film, targeted at the youth. It becomes imperative to time its release during the appropriate period. Hence, the Valentine's Day week,” he tells me.
