Akshay Kumar is currently in London and catching up Wimbledon. He in fact went to watch the match between Andy Roddick and Andy Murray over the weekend. It was during this time that Akshay was being interviewed by Nikki Bedi for a Radio show on BBC.

According to Kuljinder Singh, the Editor of The Nikki Bedi Show, this was the first time that a Bollywood actor was being interviewed live from London. The show was mainly light hearted chat for the BBC Asia Network that was held at the side of the court. On the laid back afternoon in London, Akshay Kumar seemed to be at his witty best. He spoke about the Wimbledon and of course Bollywood. About the weather in London, Akki said that the atmosphere in London is absolutely great - bright and sunny. A welcome respite from the rains in Mumbai, perfect for an absorbing match!

After giving out some big hits this season, this seems to be a well deserved break for Akshay.
